China SIPO awarded the Patent Golden Award, Highlighting the Spirit of independent innovation
Since the establishment of the China Patent Award, it has played an active role in encouraging Chinese enterprises and inventors to understand the system of intellectual property rights and promote innovation. On December 13, 2017, the 19th China Patent Award Presentation Conference, co-sponsored by the China SIPO (Sino Intellectual Property Office) and the World Intellectual Property Organization, was held in Beijing. The current China Patent Award selected 20 China Invention Gold Medals and 5 China Design Gold Medals.
Among them, many award-winning patents in their respective industries have achieved a new breakthrough. For example, the awarded invention patent “Benzamidine Histone Deacetylase inhibitor with differentiation and antiproliferative activity and its medicinal preparation” overcomes the difficulties in the treatment of existing drugs and first time authorized overseas original Chinese medicines. Patented invention “continuous Saponification of grease used in the device” has achieved automatic grease feed, promotes China’s grease manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
It is reported that all items selected by this year’s China Patent Award create high quality, good use of benefits and strong protection, which will help the development of the industry. The incentive and guiding role of this award is also increasingly highlighted, effectively improving the quality of intellectual property rights to create, protect the effectiveness of the use of efficiency and management standards.
