Notice on China Adjustment of Trademark Registration Official Fees
According to the China fiscal and taxation [2017] No. 20 file announced by the Ministry of Finance, the State Development and Reform Commission in March 15, 2017, in order to effectively reduce the burden of enterprises and individuals to promote the real economic development, the [2017] No. 20 file approved by the State Council, the official administrative charges will be remarkably reduced, wherein, the trademark official fees will be reduced by 50% from April 1, 2017.
