Patent Salon for China
PIIP held the Patent Salon for China. On April 14 morning, we invited China patent attorneys Ms. Yushuang Wang and Mr. Hui Liang and ex-examiner of SIPO Mr. Zhang Duo from Lecome Intellectual Property Agent Ltd. and provided the topic ” Patent Infringement and Reexamination in China”. Mr. Zhang Duo lectured with the substantive cases and Ms. Wang and Mr. Liang interpreted the regulations, so that our clients learned the cognitive differences between SIPO and IP Courts from the real cases of Chinese patent reexamination and invalidation trial. We also learned the new trend of trial in the future in China. There are ardent interactions between our clients and speakers with a good atmosphere. It benefited everyone a lot via this salon.
