JPO reduces 10% Official Fees from April 1, 2016
The Japan Patent Office published a notice that the part of official fees will be reduced by about 10% from April 1, 2016 because the partial revision of the Patent Act and other related acts will be effective in April 1, 2016.
The new fees will be applied to the filing fee, the registration fee and the annuity fee which are paid on or after April 1, 2016. The details are as follows:
