China National Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) adjusts the patent application fee
According to the Notice No. 244 issued by China National Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), the Intellectual Property Office will implement the updated charge standard of the official fee for the patent application from July 1, 2017.
The specific charges for this adjustment are as follows:
As for the other domestic part of the patent fees, as well as PCT patent fees, because they are remaining the original charges, so they are not listed in the table above.
